First and foremost, I WILL be COMPLETELY unbiased in this post. I’ll put my differences aside that I have with the promoter and relay you facts and rumors as well from this major fiasco.
LA TABLE RONDE PRODUCTION is AMILIO CEO’s company. Real name: Jean-Bernard Zamor. He claims it was founded in 2003. In regards to what AMILIO CEO stands for, it is written in his FB group: ” MY STRATEGY IS THE MEANING OF THE NAME**AMILIO: All Moneymaking Is Literally In Operation. OUR STATE OF MIND: IS**CEO**Cashing Everyday Obsession “.
I started to have doubts when last week I saw tickets were being sold at 30$. At first they were advertised at 35$ [like on the flyer on top] and online as 40$ in the Facebook group created. But then I had the privilege to be next to Chris Taylor [Montreal R&B artist and a co-host of Soul Perspectives which airs on CKUT 90.3FM Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm] when he got the call confirming that he was opening for Ginuwine. Everything looked like it was going to be a sold out event.
The comes Sunday August 29th. On Facebook a video pops out demonstrating Ginuwine purchasing jewelry with Montreal’s own hip hop artist F.R.O.S.T. [Check him out on YouTube!] And then a couple of people received calls & texts requesting to find lady friends to party with Ginuwine in his hotel room. GINUWINE was officially in Montreal! #MADNESS!
